RE/MAX Award Programs

The RE/MAX Recognition Program is divided into three parts: Club Awards, Career Awards and Special Awards. All commissions earned outside the United States and Canada are subject to the approved RE/MAX conversion rate to U.S. dollars.

1.Club Awards

A Club Award is an annual award earned by a Sales Associate. It is based on levels of reported individual awardable commissions from Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, submitted annually to RE/MAX from each regional office. Residential and commercial commissions are combined to achieve total yearly commissions for each Sales Associate, and the award is valid for one year. The following are the gross awardable yearly commission amounts that qualify Sales Associates for Club Awards:

2.Career Awards

RE/MAX Associates earn career awards – Hall of Fame, Lifetime Achievement and Circle of Legends, Luminary of distinction –automatically without having to fill out applications and submit any supporting documentation. These are Individual, not Team awards.

1) Hall of Fame : (First year presented 1987)

  • $3 million in gross commissions with RE/MAX
  • Completed 7 years of service with RE/MAX by the end of the current year.
  • Have previously attained the Hall of Fame Award.

2) Lifetime Achievement : (First year presented 2002)

  • $3 million in gross commissions with RE/MAX
  • Completed 7 years of service with RE/MAX by the end of the current year.
  • Have previously attained the Hall of Fame Award.

3) Circle of Legends : (First year presented 2002)

  • $10 million in gross commissions with RE/MAX
  • Completed 10 years of service with RE/MAX by the end of the current year.
  • Have attained the Lifetime Achievement Award and Hall of Fame Award.

4) Luminary of distinction: (First year presented 2013)

  • recognizes Associates who've earned more than $20 million in gross commissions with RE/MAX and completed 20 years with the network. To be eligible this year, Associates must complete the full 20 years by Dec. 31.

  • Highest Total Sales Volume – Multi-Office – Worldwide
  • Individual Commissions Paid in Commercial and Residential Sales Numbers 1-10 – Worldwide
  • Team Commissions Paid in Commercial and Residential Sales Numbers 1-10 – Worldwide

4.Other Special Awards
